The story
LCMC Health partnered with Sapphire for fully managed Epic technical services on their on-prem infrastructure—one of the most strategic technology partnerships in their organization. Together we delivered Isolated Recovery / Cloud Read-Only on AWS (2022) and Alternate Production disaster recovery on AWS (2024), with RTO under 20 minutes and less than 5 minutes of technical downtime in tests. Terraform and Ansible automation underpin the platform. Partners since 2016.
