By accessing sapphirehealth.org (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms apply to visitors and general users of the Site. Separate written agreements govern paid consulting, managed services, and client engagements.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with Site operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in violation of robots rules, or use the Site to transmit harmful or misleading material.
Information on the Site describes Sapphire Health’s capabilities in healthcare IT and Epic consulting. It is provided for general information and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice.
Intellectual property
The Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is owned by Sapphire Health or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sapphire Health and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
Our total liability for claims relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.
Changes and governing law
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited.
